Ultradventure Association
Are you passionate about cycling and outdoor adventures? Meet the ULTRAdventure Association, experts in the organisation of sporting events, who are now presenting their latest project: the UltraLajkonik race. The Association is headed by Marcin Grudziński, an experienced organiser of the 2022 and 2023 cycling races and also president of the GRS Nowy Sącz Special Rescue Group. Marcin has to his credit the organisation of six editions of the All-Polish Rescue Maneuvers in Jamna – an event that testifies to his skills and commitment.
Marcin Grudziński
Marcin, founder of ULTRAdventure, a shop specialising in cycling clothing, and Herreria, offering coffee, combines his professional passion with his personal life. As a father and Search Group rescuer, he is dedicated to his family and community. In his spare time, he explores areas near and far, which adds to his inspiration. He actively participates in many national competitions, emphasising that success in ultra-marathons depends on strength of mind. The idea for the Lajkonik route came about during his gravel expeditions. His passion for gravel adventures can be followed in the Ultradventure Facebook group, where he shares his experiences and advice.

Przemek Miniatorski
Przemek is a photographer and filmmaker with over ten years of experience, specialising in documentary films and architectural and culinary photography. He has worked with leading hotels in Poland, co-created the programmes “Hotelogia”, “Journey to the Inside” and “From the Kitchen”, as well as “Home in a Month”. He started at Nikon Club Poland, trained at Makata, worked with photographer Emil Bilinski and participated in workshops with Jan Holoubek. He carries out advertising commissions, creates films and promotional photographs, plans marketing strategies and supports events. He is the author of the cinematography for the film “Piłkarskie święto w Jadownikach. Jadowniczanka – Widzew’, awarded at FOOTBAL FILM FEST 2023, and winner of WEVA PlAward 2018 in the category Color Grading. His passion is storytelling through the lens, with constant perfectionism and curiosity about the world.
Justyna Sikorska
Head of the competition office. It is to her that you can address all organisational matters and questions.
The heart of Ultradventure, she has transformed herself from a love of cycling into a passionate athlete. She accumulates organisational experience by successively leading various cycling projects. In Krakow, she has created a unique meeting place for two-wheeled enthusiasts. As head of the competition office, she is responsible for organisational matters and questions from participants. With her steadfast attitude at ultramarathons, she shows that nothing is impossible. At ULTRAdventure, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, bringing her energy and determination to every project.
Paweł Podraza
Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in Business Management, currently Development Director at Nicrometal SA. Specialised in negotiations, business development and market research, with a high level of English language skills. Passionate about new technologies, trends and stoicism. In my private life I am an active cyclist, participating in marathons and bikepacking expeditions, which complements my professional profile as a dynamic and versatile person.
PIOTR PESZKO
Founder of the Bicycle Podcast awarded Podcaster of the Year 2018, specialist in training design and eLearning, founder of 2ed – a development agency. Led the first postgraduate course in eLearning in Poland; works with global brands creating development strategies for them mainly in the field of cyber security. Certified Instructional Designer, winner of industry awards. Passionate about cycling, who treats it as a form of meditation.
